Guaifenesin/Hydrocodone/Phenylephrine Liquid is used for:

Relieving cough and congestion due to colds, flu, or hay fever. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Guaifenesin/Hydrocodone/Phenylephrine Liquid is a decongestant, cough suppressant, and expectorant combination.
